RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Head 2 Toe Strength, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Apparel (T-Shirts, Adidas® Climacool Shirts, Hoodies, etc.)

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of damage, odors, or stains

  • In its original condition

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover the cost — just email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Tote Bags + Stickers

For quality and hygiene reasons, totes and stickers are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, email us with photos within 7 days and we’ll replace it.

Digital Products (Guides, Programs, Downloads)

All digital purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

If you experience issues accessing your download, email us at Bethany@head2toestrength.com and we’ll make sure you get what you purchased.

Coaching & Services

Coaching, nutrition sessions, and therapy services follow separate contracts and cancellation rules, outlined during onboarding. These services cannot be refunded once delivered.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Bethany@head2toestrength.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you'd like to return or exchange

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged)

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
