All bodies can play and enjoy sports. The difference in my approach is that I will learn any sports discipline and tailor your strength and conditioning program to match your exact movement patterns. Too many times a high school, college, national, or Olympic athlete is coached in a way that does not work with their body. Everyone on the pitch, field, court, track, etc cannot have the same training plan.
