6-Week Guided Discussion Series

Mirror Talk is a 6-week, small-group conversation space for women and LGBTQ+ adults who want to feel safe in their bodies again — or for the first time.

If fitness, exercise, or nutrition brings up discomfort, fear, shame, or memories of toxic experiences, you’re not alone. This workshop is a place to talk about that openly, honestly, and without judgment.

Each week, we’ll explore what it’s like to move, nourish, and exist in a world that often makes our bodies feel wrong. You’ll be supported by a fitness and nutrition professional who does not believe in mainstream fitness standards, coercive motivation, or body-shaming culture.

This is not an educational seminar.
Not a lecture.
Not a behavior-change class.

It’s a guided, compassionate discussion with others who get it.
A space to be heard, held, and understood.
A space to name what happened — and imagine what safety could feel like in your body going forward.
